The only other option to save cash burn to the extent they seem to be looking at, besides going full turn key manufacturing in Costa Rica, is to go full distributor model in US, ie. get rid of all sales staff which will be their biggest cost. Give all the sales to a competitor and just take a margin.
Not ideal relying on a competitor to make your sales, unless they can find an independent distributor with the appropriate sales force in place. I think this is the state we have reached with the company. I hope I am wrong.
