Got to be careful not to use the customer receipts line for sales, but not good either way. They haven't provided any colour on sales as they did last Q.

Looks pretty dead in the water for current holders, imo. Not sure what genius plan they have to address revenue shortfall and reduce cash burn which they have implemented previously:

"The Company is also reviewing its operations and consideringpossible changes that it believes may, if able to be implemented, help address the previouslyannounced revenue shortfall and reduce its overall cash outflows."

I have long questioned why they have 2 manufacturing sites. They should have just used the one in Costa Rica and setup final inspection/testing there for a turn key solution (on demand). They have stupidly not addressed long lead items which have caused huge stock piles of WIP and raw materials. That would have been the obvious thing to do when they first realised they weren't getting the expected sales. Cut early and cut hard.

These clowns dressed up directors/executives will be used in case studies in Harvard Business school and other MBA schools in how you can bankrupt a company from the jaws of success. Remember the names, it will save you from portfolio disasters in the future.
