They've already stated where revenue would fall for the quarter; between $1.65m-$1.75m. No real surprises in the 4c, although it's certainly disappointing. They won't say anything until/unless they re-list. Wouldn't surprise me if they get a low-ball offer for the whole thing. The tech itself is probably worth between $US20m-$US30m. It's not as though there isn't a market for it. If they can sputter and stumble as much as AXP has and still have $8m in sales...Imagine plugging the product in to an established sales force at J&J or Stryker etc.
