6M expenses estimate is literally cut and pasted for the last 4C. I wouldn't read into that too much. If they sign more banks they will need the same costs that increased things this quarter.
I think the annual report mentned 60 day terms somewhere. So this will artificially lower this quarters cashflow numbers but increase with each quarter and further banks
