it’s a bit strange as it looks like they had costs of approx 1.5 mill for the qtr between staff and admin. But for some strange reason for this qtr they put -2.5 to staff then 1 for admin. It seems to add up as it was approx 3 mill costs for previous 3 quarters and this one is 1.5 mill as they are increasing costs to ramp up and go global
