@Shano "How this company should be valued" This is where I think people struggle with this stock. In the early days, sales volume was low, but the "double double" growth period had everyone paying up for the future value. Then the double double didn't quiet make it there, but DW stated he was not interested in profits and would fuel growth via direct sales (US). People were into that, but eventually we made a small profit on the back of good sales and salesman network building. ... Covid came, and only businesses with positive cashflow, no debt and money to fund their growth were supported, most other stocks SP fell, as did PNV. Hindsight said 3.60 to $4.00 was over priced, when the shorters got trapped and DW bought up. Since then I guess PNV is being priced more on it's fundamentals, not overs, where we would like the price. I think until we sort out the right balance between sales and sales staff and NPAT, we will not really know how to price PNV. Based on current financials alone it has been over priced, but how much "overs" are people willing to pay to be part of the expected growth story when the stock rerates. IMO it will require one or 2 catalysts and the SP will rerate. Eventually the net cashflows will be the driver to valuation, so when we get our growth spurts in the next year or so, I'd say be prepared to sell and buy back as I'd say we have 5-10 years of this before we can value this purely on net cashflows.
