Usually buying in bulk is cheaper. The smaller pot of paint you buy, the more you pay per litre. I expect that MTX will sell for more on a square centimeter basis. It would also be more expensive to produce. Packaging and handling costs on top as well.
I have changed my sentiment from hold to buy. I purchased a small trading parcel to play with.
