Anything is possible right now. From the meeting minutes and what has been voted on, both the CR needs to succeed and the NS acquisition will happen, or neither will happen. That is, unless there is a new meeting to vote on a changed plan. We can only guess what is happening behind closed doors, but with limited cash, OBJ needs to do something.
If the CR and acquisition doesn't happen, I don't see the company relisting unless they release some detail around cash and what the new plan is going forward. This announcement would then help guide what would happen to the market value when the shares relisted. These are not normal times so nothing is off the table and things change, but the CR and acquisition could still go ahead due to finding the right investor, although as the time passes this seems increasingly unlikely.
