One of the issues with this company is the perception that now exists with the investing public.
The uncertainty created by erratic business decisions and the cloudy vision created when you look at the company moving forward.
The OBJ story was enhanced with the P&G involvement.
Wellfully was enhanced with the Paul Peros connection.
Not suggesting that this latest development will not deliver the fruit, but current pointers are not flash.
Is the company built around the unique Jeff Edwards mirco array technology that is unique to Wellfully or is it a marketing concept created by Paul.
What is the consumer actually being asked to pay serious dollars for - what is in for them that has a special point of difference to the products/services that they already use. Personally, I do not think the consumer is convinced of the deal being offered.
Therein lies a problem.
Repeat revenue.
It would seem that even the initial new product "impulse buying" has not created a surge in sales.
Shareholders have had the guts ripped out of their investment and are now uncertain as to whether they should continue to invest or walk away.
A sad state of affairs.
When the talk centres around buying options and the like to create value when the company appears to be on its knees - does not make sense.
Currently there are not enough positive pointers to attract any type of financial commitment. IMO
