the quarterly disclosures are cash receipts (actual cash payments) the half year report shows revenue (accounting concept). theses are not the same thing. cash receipts for the last two quarters have come from for the most part revenue recognised in the prior financial year. the fact that there is no material revenue in the half year report means that cash receipts in the next two quarters are limited to the balance of accounts receivable ($750k roughly). the lack of revenue should have been expected as no material contract announcements where made in the half year.
