I think it has but it is slower in US due to fixed rates in America. When they have to refinance it bites them, commercial market gets hit first.
Everyone else is starting to see them bite. I have noticed a pickup in job applications for roles I advertise (Quality and experience levels) and far more active tendering for contracts from companies who previously noted they had too much work on to bother tendering or even to put in over inflated pricing.
