there is a difference between an on market buyback and a forced acquisition of tiny holdings
we had a .7c divvy 3 years ago and all it did was cause a pump and dump.. so i dont think a bigger divvy will do much for us..a buyback will reduce the SOI and in your own example it jumped the stock 100%.. obviously that is not a yardstick, but it demonstrates the capacity for a buyback to be positive to the SP
