Not sure what you mean by later in the year, but we are now almost at the end of February and even with $4.8M on hand this quarter, the cash burn rate means that they will have used most of that before the end of this quarter. Last quarter cash used in operations was $4.5M and I expect this will be lower this current quarter due to increased revenue, so lets say $4M this quarter, that would leave them with less than $1M at the end of the quarter, which is less than 1 month's operations. I doubt any management would want to put the company in that position and I haven't noticed any option conversion notices, so I'll stick with my prediction that there will be some form of CR in the next 6 weeks.
