Not quite enough. They will have paid a total of around $140 million of franked dividends (Sep-22 @ 10cents and Dec-22 @ 7.5 cents) this financial year. They would have needed to pay around $60 million of income tax in Australia. Considering the dividend for June22 was 100% unfranked, they probably didn't have much in their franking credit at that point.
I would assume they are reliant on future tax payments to cover the Dec22 franked dividend or are prepared to pay franking deficit tax in Jul-23.
