RSA liabilities won't be included in the balance sheet (there might be a little in there, but nothing material).
RSA operations is treated for accounting as an associate, equity accounting - in it's simple form a two line journal; debit investment, credit share of profits, for TER share of net profit after tax. TER don't include line by line the RSA balance sheet in the Group's balance sheet.
