i've only just started having a look at BluGlass, so I don't know the full financial history.
But it is completely normal and rather wise to take advantage of R&D tax incentive advances.
In fact, if used judiciously, you can take a $1 million budgeted spend on R&D, get an advance in say Jan and April, and turn it into an actual $1.3million spend for the year.
