I think you might find that this is just a technical accounting adjustment. I am not an accountant, but the rules have changed recently and the matter of accounting for these reimbursements for expenditure on trials are complex. They are treated as a sort of advance on tax losses and as income must appear on the profit and loss as income. There has to be a balancing debit. As the rules change there are adjustments. I wouldn't read anything else into it. The more important signal is a purchase order for 2m shares at .3 cents. This is the biggest purchase for some time and may be a straw in the wind. Watch closely. I think that buyers will be richly rewarded.
