Geoff did answer the question regarding performance fee and also mentioned talks about it on a forum. Not sure if he was referring to hotcopper.
Dividends since inception ~$10m were taken into account hence the ~$1.7m fee. It's fair but the wording of the PDS and the examples are quite misleading.
The webinar ended up lasting 2 hours with Geoff answering every question and trying to reassure shareholders. You could sense a bit of damage control "everything is fine, trading below NTA is normal, it'll trade back at a premium eventually just like WAM did..."
I personally doubt that most grey haired Wilson SH will live long enough to witness WAR trading at a premium....
I bought WAR when it was trading around 96c and almost 15% discount. Now with performance fee back on and the WLE deal already accounted for it's time to move on.
