They had permission to start from 19 February but probably could not as they had material inside information that the market did not have. Yes, I expect to see some of this buying announced tomorrow. They can increase our share of the pie by buying cheaply. Looked like typical price supporting at the close - at 3.58.57 sec it traded @26c in the closing auction it went up to 28.5c for just a cool 23,000 shares.
