He may not be a disgruntled ex-employee but I am certainly a disgruntled shareholder. I certainly have never seen any management team that ignores the obvious. The obvious is that we did not do a good enough job to secure our asset and relied on statements made at meetings without even a glance at the attorneys who could have asked for some letter of comfort from auditors or a general bond over all assets. This has proven to be my worst investment over the past 6 years and that really relates to too much promise and never deliver. I didn't think that they could have completed the sale and not have secured our money. I wonder how many realise that had the failure been a month later Madison would have already been integrated into the other business and we would have lost that money as well.
Sorry so who is taken the blame here. Looks like no-one is to blame ... Were there any hard question in the conference call?
