Tim there is no financial Impact on Shine. They have one the first case, this matter is now resolved and they have been paid in full. There will not be much more costs involved in the appeal as it is most likely a stalling tactic by J&J as played out many times at this level. I am not sure if they will continue to self fund or externally fund but a fully run appeal will be a fraction of the initial case, a few million at best. J&J is actually a huge asset to SHJ more than has been let on. If they win or J&J settles before the matter is heard, it will bring about millions in administrations costs over the next few years, that is lawyer rates without any risk element whatsover.
