well holders were offered shares previously (13 or 14 cents rings a bell) and that was an utter disaster, i think they raised 30 or 40k when they were expecting a coupla mil! Which is why i suspect they went to a sophisticated investor!!!
I agree the product sounds great but that has never been a recipie for success and now they are saying there will be another dilution to perhaps another sophisticated investor cause i suspect the last one wasnt that sophisticated after all.....
Or mabey just mabey there is a raft of orders coming through right now!!!!
