Hmm probably a stretch to say doing nothing, as Im sure they have been trying to hard to make this work, but no doubt there were higher quality businesses that could have been vended in ages ago with much less pain. That's the problem with related party deals. Easy to get married to them and get blindsided until it's too late.
The suspension could be a blessing for EOR if it forces them to do a simpler and better transaction without the issues Wailawi presented.
