Unfortunately in the short term survival is the question, as with a number of other small companies. With large consulting firms like Deloittes, PWC and KPMG cutting staff costs by 20%, CPT Global will face some issues with winning additional work and growing revenue/earnings over the next few years.
This coupled with the dramatic cut in the number of projects at the large banks will reduce the projects they can target.
There isn't much CPT Global do that is unqiue in market. There is no competitive edge other than to be a lower cost consultant.
