Replying to Gothman - thanks for your post (HC Reply function not working for me today...)

Maybe my confirmation bias is showing, but I take the statement "The Company holds no provision for this matter..." as somewhat confident - that is, I interpret ISX cannot estimate the outcome as they don't believe they have done any wrongdoing?

I also note the first of the three points on the bottom of page 16 (below) - I wonder if the Off Balance Sheet Funds that have been frozen by Court Order by ASIC against previous clients of ISX is at all connected with the ASIC investigation into ISX. Could one have led to the other? Could ASIC have then leaked to ASX prior to suspension? Sadly, I'm surprised at how conspiracy theories no longer seemed ridiculous to me...
