To me it seems like someone doesn't like tall poppies. it's a very big broad brush statement - I wonder how petty the breach will be. I'm pretty sure it won't be anything (on ratio) like the breaches of WBC, CBA etc

I would be totally amazed if internal processes and procedures were 100% especially considering the stakes are now so high, they will flag something / anything.
