Well as far as I am concern the proof is what I have outlined to you. One is unverifiable payments paid for by completely unknown entities as outlined in annexure A. Two is unverifiable products and services. Three is unaccountable customers with some of the worse qualities as outlined in annexure B. To me that is a complete trifecta and they are tied nicely with a ribbon that is the ISX having been less than helpful in providing anything beyond acrimony. You need to remember that the main beneficiary of the performance shares was ISX. When the performance shares were released your rights as retail holders to go against any ISX's decisions were practically annihilated. Who requisitioned the resolutions to delist and increase remuneration pool? ISX refused to say and yet ISX was so willing to give up the name of the entity that requisitioned the resolution to change auditor. Who requisitioned that resolution? Select all enterprises...you should do some research on who owns/used to own select all enterprises. So who did you think requisition the resolution to delist and increase the remuneration pool?

ISX was never suspended because of share price volatility alone. You should do some research and you would realise that it was ISX themselves who stated that at the start and it was absolutely false. The ASX even attempted to clear the misconception by releasing their own announcement. Share price volatility was merely cited but the main reason was this:

So you were either intentionally lied to or someone was genuinely very dumb and then the fallacy was subsequently echoed by multiple sources. Eventually the fallacy became the accepted truth among holders. I (and surely other non vested interests), however, never once thought that share price volatility was the reason for the suspension. I even tried to get the facts straight literally minutes after the announcement by ISX stating the reason for the suspension as volatility. You believe and you have been believing in the wrong thing all this time. If you want to know more about the reason for the suspension then I suggest that you read the first several pages of the statement of reasons. ASIC gave the ASX information:

In wouldn't be too difficult to understand that the ASX would have to suspend ISX, which it then did.
