Again I'd make the point, food is a bit of a vexed issue for Gage at Freo [and elsewhere].  It's a tap room/house whatever they call it...it's about the BEER.  Sure people might like something to eat too...great, you can make some $$$$ out of it too...but it's about the BEER!

Who'd run a restaurant these days, everyone's a food critic and then there's vegetarians and other crazies....people have been eating bread, for thousands of years, and all of a sudden, every second persons...."gluten intolerant"!  

You can't win in the food game these days....once, you'd eat what ya mum put in front of ya....and she's bloody well remind you of the starving kids around the world if you got smart about it.....mmmmmm sausages and mash......  

Nowadays, you got no chance as a chef......
