    Definitely a CR coming after reading that. Upwell debt was always a concern. Not suprising faison wont support the sp. Upwell debt protected by assets lol. Suss? YeS.

    Not sure of Dougs plan but a 15% dilutive raise at these USD prices would barely pay richards home office power bill. Either a pump coming or a corp funding deal to raise. All In my opinion.
