The landfill is yet to be completed and still has no license but I guess they could apply for a license pending completion? Either way license would still be at least three months away.

Not sure on value but with two major WtE plants opening in the next year landfill gate fees are tumbling as operators try to fill airspace before they lose a large part of the Class II waste market. Large waste generators are able to get Class II landfill for as little as $135 incl levy.!
