No question cash outflow , SOI and the possibility of further dilution with another CR later this year is a concern and is being reflected in the stock price. A change of sentiment and an improvement in the stock price by say 3 pips with volume for example could be a game changer as the options being in the money by mid year would look a much more realistic chance. Investors and Traders would be watching closely to see if this does occur.

This could create a strong move forward and is often the story in this sector , stock prices overshoot to the upside as well as other way around.
