just a small bit of research on this company and unfortunately establishes most of the fears of the investor/traders here.

it's a Chinese shell company. Nothing there. no assets, no earnings, no customers.....all fake.....Not that some of you didn't already know this.

I won't outlay everything that pretty much confirms this. I would suggest you just look at the companies website and the section called company honours - a year 12 IT student could have done a better job selling this as a legitimate company.

Very sad - interesting to see how low this will go before stock gets suspended
