So poor auditor's have to cover their butts best they can...it's called risk mitigation in most professions. Anyway that's the purpose of the what other's might call "disclaimers". Common practice.

Now don't want to be mean to the guy...just doing his job and fulfilling his profession's indemnity insurance requirements...but I gotta check...they don't make Burka's for blokes do they?
