I think you are getting hung up on the auditor's note not including "or" an equity raising.
CR simply isnt necessary if sufficient cash comes in and expenditure is maintained within funds available.
The auditor doesnt know the future revenues (no one does!!) and thus is simply noting the uncertainty/risk, but this is the case with any business.
