5% Write-down in property Value resulting in the major loss.
Concerned about FFO & AFFO dropping 20%. Guess the small tenants are really struggling, and the like of NoniB and Mosaic Brands doing rent strikes isn't helping either.
Curious how much will recover, and how much is lasting damage.
Full year will be the key one, hope we can keep chopping down that debt from earnings, but looks like we'll be stuck in this price range till full year reports are out then.
