Sure for example the chart belwo is the forecast from PHICOR for the US. They expect it by May but it is a conservative forecast because they are assuming 70% immunity is required whereas many other consider 60% to be the appropriate threshold (i.e. April). Governments' can't say this out aloud because then no one will get the vaccine - instead they will tell you about it after the date. Look at the time lines Boris has set for fully opening the Uk up again. These are the dates that his scientists have told him the UK will have full herd immunity by. In June/July governments will then declare victory over COVID.
For reference Israel will be at herd immunity next month but Australia wont' achieve herd immunity until December!
