Highlight of the report:
"Employment expenses increasing by $177,677 to $870,933 (2020: $693,256) largely attributable to the share based payment expenses of $302,053 (2020: $120,000)" $302k is almost 45% of last year's total employment expense.
The way directors are taking free stock which is costing company without any tangible/sustainable revenue is outrageous and ASIC and ASX should ban any company who pays executive free stocks value greater then net profit of the company... IMO.
Funny word "PROPOFOL" disappeared from 25 page report.. lol ... didn't they spent money on that product until last year ?
