It is quite Wayne's business as to whether he will work under certain conditions but it would show all and sundry that he and the executive staff etc had great confidence in our future if they worked for far less money now but were issued a bucket load of ten year options at say $50. And stop much of the bleeding. I have shares in a copper miner KGL where the chairman has invested more than $4 million in credit raises. Very good feeling. None of that here I note.
