Interesting point vapor. Just did a quick calc on his oppie holdings and worked out that it will cost him approx $8.384m to convert them all. Assume a conservative market price of say $50 per share and he would hold another 696,248 shares valued at approx $34.812m. Of course we are all hoping that the share price will be far in excess of $50.
