I've just read the one from Jan 2020 where WP was issued 35m options at the same time they proposed the consolidation so those 35m options became 350,000. Pretty sure he'll get them for free without needing to stump up the cash and he can take them as cash and with the company paying the tax. From memory that's what I read a while back. So hurdles were 11.8c($11.8), 16.4c($16.4) & 33.6c($33.6). Tranches 1-3.
There's the possibility I can be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's something like that.

PFG WARRANT comes up in 2024 too. BDO stated the SIO deal was not fair and not reasonable
