perhaps just referring to the buyback being in blackout prior to announcement of half-yearly. Seems past tense.
it seems silly for the bb to be delayed any longer unless it was an acquisition or extension/approval announcement. Even if it was market sensitive they would still be keen to reinstate the bb and with it so close to ex-divvy. A trading halt cum-divvy could be on the cards.
just think it is just the blackout
