Special dividend? If ever there was a time for a special div this would be it. That narrative just does not make not sense. I am starting to believe that the Board got spooked by the recent drop off in the coal price. Never a good thing when a Board gets spooked. Not saying there can't be an adjustment but 32c are you kidding? There is a ton of cash left on the table and even doubling the div would still leave a xxxload for future distribution.
