If Paul overpays for Daunia, then it's goodbye WHC.
It'll need to be a price that values the mine as a pit and TLO/wash facility only, the technology at that mine is stupid and shouldn't be counted as an asset.
Running that mine is going to be a headache for anyone who buys it as a going concern.
