Stock was getting totally smashed down over $1 at one stage. Too much uncertainty about government wanting to control coal price and obtain coal with compensation only if cost exceeds saleable price. What business operates at zero profit? Then stock went into trading halt and announced only 5% of production will go to the government. Rallied hard. Will continue to rally.
