    Rising risk free rate has obviously more heavily impacted non-profit making, and non-CF+ companies.

    Will be interesting to see what happens going forward, especially if the business does as management has indicated and gets to CF+ this CY, along with potential moderation or lowering of the risk free rate. The impact on DCFs will be notable.

    Only time will tell.
