I think it will continue to flounder around this level until there is a substantial improvement in revenue. They need multiple contracts in the millions or a larger contract in the tens of millions. I can't see it improving in the short term as they are so obsessed with such a narrow positioning in the market - defence. Add to that some questionable practices by management on their use of proceeds from capital raises it does not make for an attractive proposition. Assuming the most recent capital raise will be used for thje intended purpose we may see some activity out of the US - let's hope so.
