You are free to disagree, but the reality on the ground remains what it is. Kojensi is expensive and difficult to install (per Daniel's own commentary) and offers advanced ABAC solutions that need to be customized for each, or at least most, potential new customers. Very few companies will ever need this; there are many other ways to secure and limit access to shareable data that do not require the level of customization and depth that Kojensi offers and subsequently do not require the expensive installation. As I said initially, there are edge cases like manufacturers or academic institutions working with Defence Industry, but even then those customers will opt for smaller rollouts to limited business divisions or units that have the restricted handling.

Call management and ask them when the focus will shift off Defence.
