You're fairly ignorant when it comes to market dynamics Cashdeficit. If shares on issue was not a key issue companies would not do capital reconstructions. Nor would they 'reward' shareholders with a share buy back. Shareholders would insist on a dividend. You just don't want shareholders of IVX to be remjnded that their directors have allowed it the blow out to a massive 6.4 billion. Nothing much left now even at 0.006 everyone is waking up.
