These managers are getting paid 100s of thousands a year, where is the benefit for shareholders?

I would also like to know how many hours a week the CEO puts into running IVX,
his hourly rate may be higher than Albo's, would any current SH think that this is OK
considering the share current price. C'mon Thian , justify your salary to us all please.
