while PSQ report Operating cashflow of $8.8m, which is operating cashflow of $16m with leases of $7m (rightly) removed to get a fairer view of operating cashflow of $9m

I get your point and agree it can be frustrating. but I do think that psq should put the cash paid to leases in the financing section of the cash flow statement. operating cash flows should not account for leases post ASSB16, NTD are in the right here, IMO
